Repair service

The following overview shows the tool types and the respective cost limits which may be incurred as a maximum for a repair with effect from February 2025. You will no longer have to pay any more than the amount shown for any tool repair, with immediate effect. Device repairs whose costs exceed the specified cost limit are treated as a total economic loss. If a repair is nevertheless possible, we will send you a cost estimate. Device repairs that represent a total economic loss and can no longer be repaired are excluded from the cost limit regulation. In this case, we will contact you to provide you with a quote for a new device.

Device types that are not listed in the table above are not repaired as part of our service, but are exchanged directly for a new device.
