Birdie incl.1x Li-Ion battery 2,0 Ah, 18V and charger in L-Boxx

The new Birdie is the smallest and lightest cordless riveting tool in its performance class. Weighing just 900g (without battery), the tool is so light that it can be used for long periods without fatigue and with maximum ease of use. Its balanced centre of gravity and comfortable handles are a great help, too. What’s more, the tool covers a large working range: with a setting force of 10 kN and a tool stroke of 25 mm, it can set blind rivets with a diameter of up to 5 mm in all materials. In addition, the 100% ball-bearing-mounted components in the drive unit and the wear-free BLDC motor ensure extremely fast and precise setting. Other practical features of the Birdie include the integrated light ring, which precisely illuminates the nosepiece and the riveting point, enabling riveting even in difficult lighting conditions. The Birdie's non-slip stand means that you can set it down without it falling over. And, with the aid of a karabiner, you can suspend it from a balancer to keep your hands free while working. Power recuperation allows the Birdie to work for longer because every bit of energy is used – braking energy is fed into the battery and made available for further riveting. If the battery does empty, the control system signals the need to recharge both visually and acoustically. You easily can clean and replace the jaws, and change the nosepiece, entirely without the need for tools. Colour-coded nosepieces make it particularly easy to match the nosepiece to the blind rivet being used. To give you the greatest possible freedom, while conserving resources, the Birdie’s battery comes from the cross-manufacturer Cordless Alliance System (CAS). With CAS, tools for a wide range of applications can be easily combined thanks to uniform batteries and charging devices.
