SFS Group Germany GmbH is part of the internationally active SFS Group and was previously the sole parent company of GESIPA Blindniettechnik GmbH. The GESIPA^® brand will remain and the GESIPA^® locations will continue to operate; your contact persons (in particular their email addresses) will remain unchanged.

The merger was effected retroactively as of 1 January 2023, it has already been entered in the commercial register and is therefore effective. SFS Group Germany GmbH, as the legal successor to the merged company, assumes all rights and obligations of GESIPA Blindniettechnik GmbH when the merger takes effect, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2023. GESIPA Blindniettechnik GmbH has ceased to exist. If we are listed in your system with both brands, please do not merge the customer/supplier numbers of SFS Group Germany GmbH and GESIPA®. We will continue to order/invoice separately. Any existing agreements/conditions remain valid.
