As the school year draws to a close, what's next? Here at GESIPA®, we have plenty of opportunities open to school students and leavers so they can get their foot in the door – ranging from holiday jobs to vocational training. Every year, we have a large intake of new trainees joining us in various departments. Professional training for our younger members of staff is something that is hugely important to us, as we want to ensure their careers get off to a successful start. At our HQ in Mörfelden-Walldorf, not far from Frankfurt am Main, we have a steady flow of trainees working towards becoming
Industrial Business Management Assistants and Marketing Communications Assistants. At our site in the Thal area of the town of Ruhla, which is located close to Eisenach in Thuringia, we take on trainee Machinery and Systems Operators and Mechatronics Engineers and also have other training programmes, all of which are based at our new, ultra-modern training centre. We also train up Machinery and Systems Operators at our facility in Olpe in North Rhine-Westphalia. There is a good chance of trainees being hired on a permanent basis upon completion of all of our vocational programmes.
