Application process

By expressing an interest in our company, you have taken the first step in successfully completing the GESIPA® application process. Below, we explain how the process usually works and what you can expect when

Vacancy selection

You can find our current job adverts in the "Vacancies" section of this website. Head over to that page to read more about all of our open positions. You can then apply for your chosen vacancy by email. Can't find your dream job? Not to worry – we are always happy to receive speculative applications too.

Application submission

Once you have submitted your completed application, including your cover letter, CV and references, we will confirm that we have received everything safely. Your application will then be passed on to the relevant department for the preliminary selection phase. It can take some time to process and review all of the applications we receive so we ask for your patience at this stage.

Job interview

Once we have reviewed all of the applications, we will get back to every single applicant. If you have been successful, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview. We generally ask our applicants to come along to one or two interviews, which will be attended by the specialist department and HR. We see the interviews as a chance for us all to get to know each other and engage in a respectful and open conversation.

Offer of contract

If you have been successful at the interview stage, we will be very pleased to follow this up by sending you an offer of contract. Then it is just a matter of time until you will be able to get started in your new role at GESIPA®. We will be delighted to have you join us as part of the team.
