Plus it has an ergonomic design with a balanced centre of gravity and a non-slip, handy handle. Fatigue-free working comes built in! What’s more,
the riveting tool covers a wide range of applications: with a setting force of 10,000 N and a tool stroke of 25 mm, the Birdie® makes light work of setting blind rivets with a diameter of up to 5 mm in all materials. And, like the Bird Pro series, the Birdie® works with the tried-and-tested cross-manufacturer batteries from CAS.

Lightweight
Weighing only 900g without the battery, the Birdie is the smallest and lightest cordless riveting tool in its class. It sits particularly compactly in your hand and lets you work effortlessly.
Wide working range
With a setting force of 10 kN and a tool stroke of 25 mm, it can set blind rivets up to Ø 5 mm in all materials, and up to Ø 6 mm in aluminium.
Tool-free maintenance
Cleaning and replacing the jaws or nosepieces can be done without tools. Colour-coded nosepieces make it easy to match the nosepiece to the blind rivet being used.
Full power
Sets over 3,000 blind rivets with just one battery charge! * As part of the CAS family, the batteries can be used flexibly and across manufacturers with different tools.

BLDC Motor
The BLDC motor is practically wear-free, and the setting process is much faster than with conventional cordless tools.
Spent-mandrel container
Transparent spent-mandrel container for mandrel bodies means you can see immediately when it needs to be emptied. Also available in an elongated version for long mandrel bodies.
Birdie®: part of the CAS family
The Birdie processes blind rivets using batteries from the cross-manufacturer Cordless Alliance System (CAS). The ability to use CAS batteries with many different tools for a wide range of applications gives the user flexibility and cost benefits.

The Birdie® just the way you want it
The Birdie® is available in various delivery options. Find the right riveting tool for your needs here.
This small and light riveting tool is delivered in the smaller L-Boxx 102. It is flatter than the standard boxes of our Pro series but can still be connected to all the other cases in the L-Boxx range.
Alternatively, the Birdie® is available in a simple cardboard box, for everyone who has a fixed workplace for the Birdie® and doesn't need a toolbox for it.
Still not sure? A case and/or an inlay can easily be delivered later.
