Briefly explained - what are private label products?
Private label products are products - in the case of GESIPA® these are riveting tools for blind rivets or blind rivet nuts - that are produced by a manufacturer and then sold under the brand name of another company. The special thing about this is that the manufacturing company produces the blind rivet tools in the colour of the distributor' s choice and with the distributor's brand name printed on them. The blind riveting tool manufactured for the distribution partner can then be sold under their brand name in retail stores, online shops or via other sales channels.
Do you have a project idea? No matter whether blind riveting technology or another fastening technology. Contact us and challenge us!
Individual parts on the riveting tool that can be personalised:
Whether RAL or special colour - we colour the blind rivet tools according to your wishes and ideas. Hereafter is an example of the AccuBird® Pro, showing which individual parts can be customised for you.
Spent-mandrel container
The spent-mandrelcontainer on the pneumatic/hydraulic or battery-operated riveting tools collects the excess mandrels from the blind rivets after the setting process. The remaining mandrels can then be collected and disposed of when the spent-mandrel container is full. This means that no more mandrels fall onto the floor or interfere with further setting processes. GESIPA® spent-mandrel containers are available in black or transparent as standard. On request, we can produce the spent-mandrel container in any desired colour.
Trigger
The trigger on the blind rivet tool fulfils the important function of triggering the mechanism in the tool, which drives the rivet or blind rivet nut through the hole so that the fastener is deformed and the desired materials are joined together. Integrate the colour of the trigger into the rest of the design of your private label riveting tool or make it stand out in a special colour.
Housing
The housing takes up most of the riveting tool's space. The tool housing encloses and protects the entire mechanics of the riveting tool. Thanks to the ergonomic design of our manual blind rivet tools, they sit comfortably in the hand and are pleasant to work with. Customise the housing of your private label blind rivet tool to match your brand's corporate design - we will help you every step of the way to create your own individual tool.
Logo
The company logo is located on the top of the device. This is moulded into the plastic, creating a tactile impression. Customise the visual centrepiece of your private label device as you wish: Determine the cast-in lettering, the colours and decide how the two sides should be designed. Of course, not only a logo can be realised, but also the individual name of the device.
Key sticker
The spanner attached to the device is used as a tool to change the nosepieces as required and easily - depending on which rivet is currently being processed. The nosepieces are placed directly under the spanner so that they can be changed quickly by the user.
Customise the key sticker as you wish, for example with your logo or the name of the device.
Device suspension
The device suspension offers the option of stabilising the device on a balancer or securing it in some other way, for example on a belt or a sling. During long processing times, effort and fatigue can be reduced and the appliance can be prevented from falling from a scaffold.
Perfectionism is in the detail - integrate every component into your corporate identity concept. The appliance hanger can be customised in any colour and can therefore be perfectly integrated into your appliance concept.

Best Practise: Innovation in truss construction
With the PINNEX system, Global Truss has developed a revolutionary method for connecting and dismantling truss constructions. This system consists of the PINNEX pin and special disassembly pliers, which are available in both electrical and mechanical versions
The manufacturing process in truss construction:
To connect the modules together, pins are pushed through the holes in the connectors and the truss modules. The pins secure the connectors firmly in the truss modules.
When dismantling, a hammer is used to drive the pins out of the connectors. This often requires force and can take different amounts of time and effort depending on the design and material of the crossbars and pins.
The project:
To make the assembly process simpler and more efficient, we supported Global Truss in the development of their equipment. The aim was to simplify the dismantling process and increase safety when working. Even though truss construction is not classically part of the field of blind rivet technology, we are pleased to be able to offer our customers customised solutions for their specific requirements and to look beyond our traditional areas of activity
The solution:
Dismantling the crossbars is now particularly efficient and safe: the dismantling pliers replace the conventional hammer. The pliers are attached directly to the traverse and enable the 76 mm long PINNEX pins to be pulled out easily and effortlessly.
The advantages:
The PINNEX system therefore not only ensures quick and safe dismantling of truss structures, but also improves the health and safety of employees by significantly reducing noise pollution. In addition, the load-bearing capacity of the truss construction is fully retained, as the system does not impair the static properties. The PINNEX system is compatible with the F31 to F45 truss systems from Global Truss and represents a cost-effective and low-maintenance alternative to other connection solutions.
We are also happy to support you with your project and develop a suitable solution together.
