SFS Group Germany GmbH strives to make the digital offerings of its GESIPA® brand as accessible and user-friendly as possible. Our website is primarily aimed at business customers from the specialist retail and industrial sectors. Contracts with consumers cannot be concluded via our digital channels.
Nevertheless, we consider digital accessibility to be part of our quality standards and want to give all users the most unrestricted access possible to our information.
Status of compliance with requirements

• Individual elements with suboptimal color contrast, e.g., the blue button with white text or the search input in the footer
• Missing alt text for images
• Links with symbols (e.g., the magnifying glass symbol for search or the menu icon) without readable alternative text – these cannot be interpreted correctly by screen readers
• Forms with insufficient field labels – without explicit text labels, use is difficult for people with screen readers

These materials are primarily intended for specialists who work with or sell our tools and systems. Access to this information is intended to provide targeted support for professional use and does not replace individual end customer advice.

Our website contains various videos and tutorials that provide technical explanations and practical examples of how to use our products. This content is primarily intended for commercial users and specialists. We strive to make this content accessible as well, for example by providing subtitles or supplementary text-based information. As some videos do not yet fully comply with accessibility requirements, we are currently working on revising them or labeling them accordingly.

We also regularly post news about our products, applications, and the company on our social media channels. Private individuals may also be interested in our content. We expressly point out that GESIPA® serves commercial customers exclusively. We do not provide individual advice via our social media channels. We forward inquiries from end users directly to our authorized specialist dealers.
